FOREFRONT Small Tools system provides the contractor with information on where
and how much their small tools are costing them. The system provides a fast and
efficient method for logging either who or what job is checking out the tools.
When the tools are returned, they are automatically assigned to the shop
location until the are issued again. The contractor also has the ability to
establish a billing rate to each tool and then produce a billing report by job
which can then be entered in the FOREFRONT Job Cost module

Inquiry screens are also available to immediately track all the tools which
have been assigned to an employee or job. You are also allowed to inquire by a
partial tool number and view where those small tools have been last issued. The
small tool transactions are stored for as long as you desire, because it is
dependent only on the available disk storage.
